c. Communication Data (Messages, Calls, Media)
- Messages: We store and process the content of your messages to deliver them to your recipient.
- Call Logs: Metadata about calls (time, duration, participants) is collected to facilitate the calling feature and display your call history.
- Media Files: Photos, videos, and audio files sent through the Service are uploaded to our servers and stored to enable sharing.
d. Usage and Device Information
- Device Info: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP addresses, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Interactions with the app, feature usage, and performance logs to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
e. Storage Permissions
If you grant storage permissions, we can access your device's media library to let you send files and save received media locally.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Account Deletion: To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account. This will remove your profile, contacts list, and message history from our active servers. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period (up to 90 days) before being permanently deleted.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we initiate deletion of your personal information within 90 days. Message content may be retained in backup systems during that period.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
If you access CallBee from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred across borders. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries with different data protection laws.
